Dialtone Compliance prepares compliance filings. We are not a law firm. Everything on this site, including the self-check, the deadline calendar and the summaries of FCC actions, is general information. It is not legal advice, and it is not a determination of what any particular company owes.

No client relationship from the site alone

Reading this site, using the self-check or emailing us does not make you a client. Our services are governed by a written agreement that both of us sign. That agreement, not this page, sets the scope, the fees and each side's responsibilities.

Accuracy and dates

We work to keep this site accurate and we show the date it was last checked. Rules and deadlines change, and agencies move dates. Confirm any date or requirement against the FCC's or USAC's own notice before you rely on it. The site is provided as is, without warranties.

Not a government site

We are not affiliated with the Federal Communications Commission, the Universal Service Administrative Company or any government agency. Links to government and other outside sites are for your convenience. We do not control those sites.
