What this site collects, and what it does not.

On this website

  • We set no cookies.
  • We run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we load nothing from other companies' servers.
  • The self-check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or to anyone else unless you choose to email them.
  • Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

When you email us

We use what you send to reply to you and, if you hire us, to prepare your filings. We keep client records for as long as the engagement and the filing rules require.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with you, with the government systems your officer files in, and with service providers that store our email and documents.

Public records we read

The FCC publishes the Robocall Mitigation Database, including each filer's business name, address and compliance contact. We read that public record to prepare filings and to contact providers about their own filings. If you would rather not hear from us, reply once and say so, and we will not write again.
